The City of South Perth have advised that there will be Roadworks being undertaken in January and February 2025 affecting the intersection of Manning Rd and Conlon St.
ChemCentre advises that The City of South Perth’s road rehabilitation works on Conlon Street will temporarily impact vehicle access to our facility at Building 500 during January and February 2025.
To ensure deliveries and visits proceed smoothly, please review the following details:
No Access Periods:
Conlon Street will be closed on the following dates, with no access from either Manning Road or Garvey Street
- Mon 6th – Thursday 9th of January 2025
- Mon 3rd – Thursday 6th of February 2025
Alternative Access for Deliveries:
- Enter via Manning Road at the traffic lights.
- Follow signage to the Temporary Delivery Area accessible via Townsing Drive.
- On arrival, use the intercom for assistance.
Restricted Access Period
From Friday 10th to Tuesday 28th January 2025, access will be restricted to the Garvey Street entrance only. During this time, deliveries can proceed as normal via Garvey Street, Waterford.
