ChemCentre is celebrating National Reconciliation Week with the launch of its Reconciliation Action Plan.
ChemCentre CEO Peter McCafferty said the agency’s Reconciliation Action Plan reiterated ChemCentre’s commitment to promoting reconciliation.
“In many respects we recognise that as an organisation ChemCentre’s reconciliation journey has just begun.”
“We hope to promote reconciliation by documenting how we can build strong, respectful and collaborative partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.”
National Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May to Wednesday 3 June, with the theme ‘In this together’.
This year National Reconciliation Week will be an online digital celebration, offering immersive content to empower Australians to participate in truth-telling as a key part of the reconciliation journey. A range of resources is available at Reconciliation WA.
