The annual WA Police Force Clandestine Laboratory Safety and Investigation Course is running this week, with the practical laboratory component of the course being held on-site here at ChemCentre.

The practical day at ChemCentre allows participants to gain hands-on experience with processes they are likely to encounter when investigating and processing clandestine laboratory (clan lab) scenes. The course is comprised of a mixture of theory and practical laboratory-based training.
This training course combines ChemCentre’s scientific knowledge with WA Police Force’s investigative experience, helping make our communities safer from the risks of illegal drug labs.
ChemCentre is a leading authority on clandestine drug laboratory site risk assessment and remediation, and works closely with the WA Police Force to identify, dismantle and analyse clandestine drug laboratories.
